Pollution is all our fault. I remember reading that one marketing process the English used was sort of a vulgar approach to making profits out of things. I can't recall at this instant what it was called but it was used by the physiocrats (don't know if that's spelled right). One of their beliefs was that there was unlimited resource and use as much of it as ones' heart desires. Now we know that there is a limited amount but if the people back then only had the knowledge we have now the world may still be rich with resources. The thinkers back then were mainly focused on education, religion, wealth and power (the Philosophes, enlightened thinkers, the popes, aristocrats, bourgeoisie, and such). Now we have to fix the mistakes of the past generation. We are also at fault too for we have kept on for so long the everyday lifestyle that ruined the environment but at least there have been some progress in the past years.
